Orders placed before 14:00 AEST on business days typically dispatch within 24–48 hours from Sydney or Melbourne inventory. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch. Express options appear at checkout when available for your postcode.

Every shipment includes tracking. After dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking link — or use our track order page with your order number and email address.

OBSCURA ships globally where regulations permit. International orders include tracked delivery and customs documentation. Delivery times vary by destination; carbon-neutral shipping can be selected at checkout when offered for your region.

Customers are responsible for import duties and local compliance. OBSCURA products are for adults 21+ only where required by law.

Every device ships factory-sealed with a verifiable serial number. If packaging appears tampered or the serial cannot be validated, contact support before use. We do not sell grey-market inventory.

Every OBSCURA device includes a lifetime hardware warranty against manufacturing defects in the body, battery, and charging system under normal adult use. This warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase.

Pods and consumables are covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects (leaks, coil failure out of box). Normal flavor fade and wear from use are not defects.

Not covered: damage from drops, liquid ingress beyond pod interface, unauthorized modification, or use by anyone under 21. Warranty claims start at contact with your serial number and order ID.
