Can I return an order?+
Unopened devices may be returned within 30 days. Opened consumables are not returnable for hygiene reasons. See Refunds.
How do custom packs work?+
Choose 5, 10, or 20 flavour slots on the pack page. Repeats allowed. Your mix is stored on the order for fulfilment.
